Hackathon
HACK X VID-YOUTH, IET Lucknow
Beyond the classroom, Innovgeist backs the innovation ecosystem directly. At HACK X VID-YOUTH, hosted at the Kalam Hall Incubation Center, that meant funding the prize pool, judging the assessment rounds, and mentoring teams through their builds.

On the day
What was covered
The session was built for students who had heard of AI and never been shown it — so it starts at what the thing is and ends at what to do on Monday.
Prize pool sponsorship
Innovgeist funded the prize pool for the hackathon, so the teams that built the strongest work went home with something more than a certificate.
Evaluation panel
Sitting on the judging panel across the assessment rounds, scoring the builds on what they actually did rather than on how they pitched.
Mentorship
Working with teams during the build — scoping problems down to something shippable in the hours available, and unblocking the technical dead ends.
